In recent years, great progress has been made in the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of Multiple Myeloma (MM). These developments are the targets of multiple presentations and national and international scientific publications, and sometimes the information is difficult to understand and assimilate in the correct way.
This course seeks to deepen the knowledge of pathophysiology, immunopathology, molecular biology and cytogenetics of MM, as well as to explore the clinical approach and the various therapeutic modalities available and under study.
Based on "case report lectures", the course will allow the acquired knowledge to be established in an interactive and multidisciplinary way, with the discussion guided by professionals of recognized quality in the area of the MM. In this way, it will allow to relate the knowledge of basic and translational research with the clinic and therapeutics, offering a global approach to the MM.
